With over a decade of experience in the Bay Area, Eric provides high level personal training across multiple disciplines, including functional fitness, corrective exercise, and sport specific development. He has worked with clients of all ages and levels from beginners and those recovering from injury to collegiate and professional athletes.

Earned MVAL 1st and 2nd Team honors during his junior and senior years. As a senior, he trained under NBA skills coach Phil Handy, elevating his overall game. He was ranked 35th in California at shooting guard by MaxPreps and later placed in the top 100 JUCO players in the state. After college, he was mentored by Dashawn Freeman, where he developed a passion for teaching basketball to players of all ages.
Since 2009, Omar has trained athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. Known for his results-driven approach, he builds strong relationships with players while bringing energy and passion to every session.

Mark’s background as a former professional basketball player and United States Marine shapes his coaching style, emphasizing discipline, accountability, and consistency. He works with athletes of all levels from youth to advanced helping them improve performance and reach their full potential.
